Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction
is our primary goal. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from akfitness.com. If you are not satisfied
with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of your delivery date for a full refund of the
purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges.
The item must be returned
in like new condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. All returns must be authorized through
akfitness.com. We will not accept any unauthorized packages by any other shipping vendor.
Special Orders
In
order to satisfy special customer requirements, it is occasionally necessary for us to place a Special order. There will be
a 20% restocking fee for all special orders in addition to the standard return terms.
Canceling an Order
If your order has shipped or is in the process of being
shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. You will need to follow the return instructions once you receive the package.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you submit an e-mail,
we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled before it ships. We will confirm all cancellations submitted to us,
whether successful or not, by replying to your original e-mail.
Returns
We will issue a credit to
the credit card on file within 15 business days of receiving your product. If paid by check or money order we will issue a
refund check within 20 business days of receiving your product. Return Shipping and handling charges are non – refundable.
Not including the return form in your package will delay processing your return
up to 60 days.
No
returns on special orders, commercial equipment, used and remanufactured equipment, parts, weights, gloves, belts, dumbbells
and plates.
There
will be a 20% restocking fee for products that are returned and akfitness.com reserves the right to make the determination
of undamaged condition and may reduce the credit to you if the product is returned in damaged condition, or if all contents
of the product are not returned.
Most orders will be processed
for fullfillment within 48 hours and delivered within two weeks. You will receive an e-mail receipt of your order within 24
hrs. Please note that in some cases orders may take longer to process and deliver depending on item availability and when
the order is placed. If you request cancellation of an order we will make every attempt to stop the processing or the delivery
before it ships. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee and
all shipping charges from and to the company even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery.
Orders for custom made products,
such as new commercial gym equipment, flooring, parts, weights, used, serviced and remanufactured products that are made to
order cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed even if the products has been shipped or not. All sales
are final. All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. These types of orders may have an extended
delivery time.
Remanufactured Equipment
Akfitness.com ships
all used, serviced and remanufactured fitness equipment in working order and is not responsible for damages occurred
during shipping. Normal shipping time is between 2 to 3 weeks. Ship date depends on status of refurbishment at time order
is placed and can take up to 4 weeks. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks to receive equipment. You will receive a tracking number along
with freight company website to check the status on your delivery. Any cancellation attempts after the order has been
processed or refusal of a product for any reasons including damage is subject to a 20% cancellation fee and all shipping
charges from and to the company even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. You will be responsible for
shipping costs both ways. IF ITEM IS DAMAGED, YOU MUST ACCEPT THE DELIVERY AND NOTE IT ON THE FREIGHT BILL FOR INSURANCE
CLAIMS. THIS WILL ALLOW US THE OPPORTUNITY TO HELP YOU REPAIR/REPLACE THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AT YOUR LOCATION AND TO AVOID YOUR
RETURN FEES. Akfitness.com will do everything possible to assist you. If the product is returned to us, it must be in
the same condition received along with packing material. If it is not in the same condition, you may be charged for additional
services to restore it to original condition.
